Requesting your dates
The first form is an availability request. It does not confirm a reservation or charge a card. The owner reviews the dates, group size and any special requirements.
Your quote
Your quote identifies the residence, dates, accommodation charge, cleaning and pet fees where applicable, taxes, total stay cost, payment schedule and cancellation terms. A quote may have an acceptance deadline. Ask the owner about anything that is unclear before accepting.
Reservation deposits and balances
A reservation deposit is a part-payment toward the stay total. Any remaining balance and its due date are shown in the quote. A refundable damage deposit is a separate arrangement; it is not included unless explicitly stated in your rental agreement. Online damage-deposit collection is not currently offered.
Secure checkout
When online checkout is available, the payment form is hosted by Stripe. We do not collect card numbers on this website. Returning from checkout does not by itself establish that a payment succeeded. Check your payment and booking status on your private quote page.
Cancellation and refunds
The cancellation and refund terms shown in your quote apply to that booking. Contact the owner to request a cancellation, date change or refund review. A website message does not automatically cancel or refund a stay.
House rules, pets and parking
Pets and any special equipment requests need owner approval. Confirm your group’s sleeping arrangements and vehicle requirements before booking. Final arrival instructions and house rules are provided for your stay.
Longer-term arrangements
Longer-term stays require a separate discussion and written agreement. The short-stay payment flow is not a lease application or approval.
